This portfolio of 3 buildings includes Anchorage House, Capstan House and Mulberry Place.  Each building is 9 storeys high (plus basement car park) and are in a monumental Post-Modern style with colonnades, arched and gridded windows, including multi-storey bays.  With the appointment of a team of consultants in autumn 2016, East India Dock is due to undergo a complete refurbishment.  The proposed scheme will include a residential development along with retail units, the vision is to create a thriving community atmosphere.
