Stephen joined SovereignFM in September 1998 with 20 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, primarily in the marine sector where demanding clients required and expected timely and resilient solutions to complex problems and situations, resulted in Stephen becoming a key member of SovereignFM from the outset. His inherent understanding of the need for the company to evolve and develop its core business disciplines in response to clients changing needs and expectations resulted in SovereignFM achieving NICEIC Approved Contractor Enrolment in March 2002, with further accreditations to the coveted BSI 18001 & 14001 standards following in April 2009. Heading up contract mobilisation and supporting all facets of the operational function of the business remain his primary roles.
